Deposit and cancellation terms
This page explains how the $500 deposit is handled and what to do if you need to cancel or request review of a charge.
Deposit purpose
$500 enrollment deposit. Non-refundable. Not applied to future monthly fees. Does not guarantee prescription, treatment acceptance, or any specific outcome.
Monthly and annual pricing
- $100 per month
- $1,000 per year
- All prices are listed in U.S. dollars
Cancellation and refund requests
If you need to cancel or believe a charge should be reviewed, contact the practice promptly at doc@medswork.com or 917 512 6082. Exception requests and charge concerns are reviewed case by case based on the stage of intake, scheduling, and services already provided.
Recurring membership charges
If you continue into a monthly or annual membership after acceptance into care, those charges follow the membership terms presented before billing is activated. Questions about future recurring charges should be raised before enrollment is finalized.

Submission of intake information or payment of a deposit does not guarantee a prescription, diagnosis, treatment plan, or ongoing physician-patient relationship.
